Observation and feedback

Keith has a special interest in and experience of supporting teachers through classroom observation followed by feedback in the form of a ‘learning conversation’ which can be an effective way of:

  • helping a teacher identify specific developmental needs
  • enabling them to own and commit to an Action Plan of support and  development
  • clarifying the various options open to a teacher, particularly NQTs
  • reinforcing/affirming a school’s assessment of a teacher’s progress/needs

Audit of the Provision of Religious Education

One to one support for a Head of RE or RE Co-ordinator, in order to help them move the delivery of the subject forward.
