Helping middle managers develop the essential skills and qualities needed for conducting developmental observations and providing constructive feedback through ‘Learning conversations’

Developing a More Assertive Classroom Presence

One to one support or group training where needs have been identified within school. This can be through or combined with a developmental lesson observation and feedback session.
